Tennessee is part of the August 2020 trip covering KY, TN, NC, SC, and AL. We found a cabin in the town of Cosby, not using VBRO(Vacation Home By Owner). In this region, many houses use property management companies. The place was perfect as we booked at the last minute, and it was on Cosby Creek.

Cosby Creek water comes out of Smokey National Park nice cold. It is August, so there is no need for a wader, just my neoprene socks and wader boots. Wild brook trout run in the park, and down by our cabin are stocked rainbows. The fishing is that exciting, tiny little rainbow I caught on my fifth cast. Tennessee done!
